Free Delivery On All Orders
All orders to mainland UK addresses will be delivered to your door free of charge via a next day delivery service (unless stated otherwise within the delivery tab page). However, there will be charges for certain areas, please see the post code list below. If you live in one of the below post code areas delivery can take longer as well.
- TA, EX, TQ, PL, TR, SA, SY, LL- £39.99
- TD, DG, KA, ML, EH, G- £49.99
- FK, PA, PH, KY, DD, PH, AB, IV- £59.99
Please note we do not deliver to N. Ireland, Channel Islands or any other off shore destinations. We only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Tracking your order
If your order is a Divan Bed then we will be delivering this item to you ourself, please email us on email@example.com for an update, but we will email and text you once a date has been set.
For all other products such as leather beds we will email you the tracking details once your order has been sent.
Missed Delivery/ Re-arrange Delivery
If you were not present at your address when delivery attempt was made then the driver will leave a card through your door. On it will be the contact details for your local depot and the consignment number. Please call this number quoting your consignment number and re-arrange another delivery date to suit you. Please note you must contact the couriers within 4 days of receiving the card otherwise they will send the item back to us. For any issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
Please understand that the delivery company that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter a private premise(s). Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product, you must arrange the assistance yourself.
